  • Hey i sat down and made a workout routine after watching about 40 of your videos. Thanks for the descriptiveness of your workouts and keeping it simple. Cheers :)

  • Thing about the leg extensions is you don't want to start at the bottom and bring it up then bring it back down because it will hurt your knees over time. Best way is to do them half way then bring them up and then back down half way.
