I can't understand why the Navy went with a digital blue camo uniform. Do they need to be camoflaged in the water? If they fall off the boat they're screwed. The Marines came up with the best modern uniforms, the entire service should have adopted it. Instead our broke ass government allowed the army and airforce to waste untold millions on paterns that don't blend into anything natural. Idiots.

The standard NWU is designed with the idea that normal stains such as paint or oil will not show as much as they did on Utilities/Dungarees, while still looking fairly presentable and unique.

Also Canada was the first to use digital camo so it can be said that the Marines "copied" CADPAT. In either case the Corps is the only branch with decent uniforms, everyone else went full retard with their patterns. At least the Army is using Multicam now, though.
