I don't think 'IP delivery' is the correct term. Perhaps geolocation, or regionalized content... IP is more, getting the data there, not finding where they are.... Just my 2c.
I come from the networking area, so to me, IP delivery means delivery of packets. IP routing, etc. Maybe IP Geolocation, or Regionalized content based on IP. It just seems like an odd term in my books... Doesn't do a good job of saying what it is in the name of it. The name of the mechanism should do a decent job of describing it, and when related to computers, this title doesn't...
Your contribution here highlights only your lack of knowledge. IP is a well known term outside in marketing practices. But yes, "Content delivery" would be a little more 'catchy' for the majority.
why in the world would I want to be redirected from google(dot)com to google(dot)ca(my current location), when I could have choosen this myself, just changing the "om" with "a" in the first place in the URL? How lazy do you imagine google's customers actually are? Here at youtube you can choose the "global site" or "country site" by clicking on an icon (upper right corner), while if I prefer to stay on google(dot)com during search I can't do it because I get redirected to google(dot)ca
IP delivery that's awesome.

Interesting video.
Good speech. Clearly explained.
Poorly chosen title. (As others have said.)
Lousy camerawork.

Sort of but they're locating people by their IP address.

Maybe they should add some option to never redirect then, but I think this is pretty nice because not everyone understands english.
