you see, the embarrassing thing is that ive watched spice world at least 4, 978 times. and on watch #1, 979 i noticed hugh laurie's name in the credits. every single time i watched this movie after that i have tried in vain to spot his character. until now. lmao the mustache through me offf!

OMG! Hugh Laurie is my favorite actor and I didn't even know he was in this movie! I just watched Spice World last week and didn't even pick up on him. I should be ashamed of myself!

I knew he was in the film, but wiil never get a chance to watch it. Is he in another bit of the film. I remember he was refering to the Spice Girls in the "Mabe baby" film, I'm sure like them. I remember Hugh miming Hercule Poirot in an episode of House (in season 6 maybe). I sometimes feel like the references are coming from him and not from the writers.

I have seen this movie hundreds of times, even as recently as a month or two ago. I often recite parts of this speech on a regular basis. I have watched the first five seasons of House MD TWICE, and it had to be pointed out to me that this is Hugh Laurie. It is so obvious, too. Mind. Blown.

I've read comments about this movie being awful - and OK so its not something you have to use your brains for, but its FUNNY! These are the greatest pop legends of the 90's, Girl Power shook the world and so of course they were gonna exploit it for all their worth...

I loved them. Geri Halliwell always was/is my favorite but I adore all 5 girls - everyone has her own unique personality.

Spice Girls is the most popular and influential band of the 90's. I loved the 90's!!!

I loved this movie when I was about 4, but I have other opinions of it now. That was pretty... special. I love Hugh Laurie's acting, though. Shame I didn't do it when I was 4. I don't even remember the bit with Hugh.
