@sagorevach You should never harm an animal without a rational reason, even if people bred and raised it as a fighting bull. That still doesn't make it okay to torture the animal to death with swords and simply call it 'dying with glory', 'tradition' or 'brave'. It's plain animal abuse, so please don't try to put a good face on it.

@sagorevach You were mentioning the people who make money with these horrible fights, but there are plenty of other profitable things that don't involve animals getting tortured to death. Besides, drugs are profitable too and some people make a living out of it, but does that make it okay? Of course not. Where do we draw the line? And yes, it is torturing - or are we to believe that the bulls can't feel any pain? Are we to believe that they can't feel fear or anger?

It probably fights back because it has no other option, not because it enjoys the fight. The matador provokes the animal and it reacts to that. Simple. As a matter of fact, I like to watch compilations where bulls are stabing them and breaking them because they challenged him. But also, I respect their culture, and if they think it`s ok, I don`t want to change whole spain for that. You don`t understand some of their customs and vice versa. If you really respect animals, you should never go to zoo, anyone shouldn`t go there, never.

Matadors willingly get themselves in dangerous situations and enjoy torturing bulls to death in fights that they can't possibly win in the first place. Sorry, but I can't feel bad for those people.

@Kzinix its not abuse, they are trained from the time they are born, to do what they do, its the same a broncs at rodeos, if they are treated properly they do they job, the rest of the time they are well fed pets. this animal is not neglected or abused, it had a nice coat, and was muscled up well, but they are basicly wild animals, but they have kown this their whole life, so i dont think that bull was 'petrified'. im not saying i aproove of this, im just saying that itsnot as bad as it looks

The animal's pain, fear and anger are used for cheap and cruel entertainment. And I rest my case: sticking swords in an animal is still animal abuse - even if you don't intend to kill the animal.
