cool i have one like that but i need to fix it t broke in a storm but the awsome thing is a robins nest is on my porch roof underneeth so i can see the robin when  it sits in the nest

Cardinals prefer to use shrubs and trees to build their nest. I have seen them build nest on feeders with a roof. But that's rare.

I had a robin build her nest under my deck which is only three feet off the ground. Lucky for her no cats came along and I am glad to report that all three chicks left the nest successfully.

It's about 9 feet off the ground facing south. It's also as close to the soffit as I could get it.

Definitely a good video! I always see so many nonsense videos on you tube now. Most of them are pretty funny, but it's nice to see these kinds of videos once in a while.
