  • Great drill. I think it helps most with my stance, just because of the variation of time for the grey slides. It makes me focus on maintaining balance where I'm ready to react at any moment, but being just that, reactive. I found after a few minutes that I lean forward continously in anticipation of shots, this helped erase that quick.
