@CheeseburgerTyler Just eat healthy, workout with proper techniques, do cardio. thats all you need. I wouldn't recommend supplements (except 100% natural whey) at this stage of your life because you're still developing and your body already produces a lot of hormones and growth factors right now. No need to interfere with the natural developing process.
@hazemalsaadi Creatine is one of those supplements thats all natural though. I understand where your coming from but its not like pro hormones or test boosters. I mean creatine is in red meat and fish anyway and is really benifical to a workout plan. All it does is bring more ATP to your muscles. And if you spike your insulin it will get shuttled right to your muscles with no strain on the kidneys or liver.
Dam. Good 500lb on the deadlift! Did you use chaulk? What really impressed me was you didn't use any straps! I feel like a weak bc I use straps for 315 and over. I bet you have a good handshake, no homo....JS....lol
