@melmelmelmelmel12695 You have to transfer, if you wish to ride inside the submarine. However, there is an alternate experience called the "Marine Observation Outpost", which is recorded version of the entire attraction, put on an HD screen in a room that is themed like a submarine. This does not require a transfer.
I don't know if anyone remembers, but not that long before the new ride opened, there was a program about it on tv that was all about the hisory and facts about the new ride. it was on the california channel. does anyone remember?
The one thing that disappoints me is the lack of real fish. I know it would be impossible to have real fish, but it just seems bare in the open water. The Living Seas at WDW is better even without the subs. The way they incorporate real fish is awesome.
The thing that pisses me off about this ride, is that there is barley any fish in the main outdoor lagoon area. Even the original Submarine ride had more fish.
This looks like a great ride, but, Izzy says the second time he and his mom vacationed to California they went to Disneyland again, but Izzy was a bit too nosy and saw some projector lights and wires.
The beginning of the ride pays tribute to the original Submarine Voyage, as well as acts as the ride's introduction. Sort of like how the haunted caves in Pirates of the Caribbean act as an intro.
Looks Fun

I was on this ride 2 years ago. I loved it then (even though I had a massive migraine) and still do to this day.

Yes, the projectors are easy to see, but that's not the purpose of the ride. Anybody can go in and find it.

I know it's not the purpose, but, you know...

So which dock was the Argonaut berthed in? Front, Intermediate, or Rear? I can't tell from the video, but it looks like intermediate.
772pilot 4 years ago
Looked like Intermediate to me as well.

I have to say, you have an EXCELENT camera. You should try recording Space Mountain with it.
