Wait, one of the chords he said in the info was "F#-7b5" yet if I remember, Autumn Leaves is in Fm. So wouldn't that be a sharp one chord? Kinda ugly, in my opinion.

Yes, myoeman is correct. The original was in G major, or it's relative minor, E minor. In which case, it would be F # half diminished, or ii ø

Great piece and great playing- I actually play around with the same chord progression a lot- it's a pretty one. I'll have to change it up a bit if I ever turn it into a solo bass tune so it won't sound too similar to yours :D

I don't think it's actually a capo. I think it's a band to deaden the open strings so they don't ring. Not positive, though.
