  • Its as simple as this. Secret to success= less input more output.

  • Your such a badass how much u weigh now

  • im a senior in high school and i want to join the navy im not in the best shape i weigh around 190-200 lbs. my BMI is around 24% last time i checked ive been working out and stuff i dont see that much improvement (just a small amount) how much weight do i have to lose so i wont be considered a fatbody and will they discharge you if your bmi is alittle over its hard to lose weight man lol

  • @jr7rockets - Please see N-FAQs 08 for more info!

  • congrats on ur weight loss and how did it go at meps

  • @motochic69 - Pretty good considering that I graduated boot camp 2 months ago and I'm about to graduate ATT either tonight or tomorrow! Check out some of my newer videos for more info about that!

  • DONT GO!!! DONT DO IT!!!! NAVY IS BAD! lol.. YOU'll GAIN MORE WEIGHT IN BOOT CAMP!!!

  • I've heard that weight gain happens to some guys, but as long as it's muscle, I'm not too concerned lol!

  • more than likely your overweight because of the way your body takes in food, its ability to take more out of food than usual is what is making you over weight.. the navy FEEDS its people VERY WELL.. thus you'll not only gain mussle but also fat. lets just hope your activity will keep that fat off.

  • That's the plan!

I'm going in expecting them to work my ass off (figuratively and literally) so I'm working out as much as I can so I have a fighting chance against all that.

  • but keep in mind.. every 4 year enlistment is required to do 2 years at sea.. thus.. while at sea, your activity level will DROP like a rock compared to boot camp..

  • Keep working bro!

  • It's what I do!

After I get reweighed at MEPS a week from now, I'm gonna start working on my performance levels instead of to just lose weight.

  • Good job on your weight Andy! My weight loss plan is once again...stalled :P. So good luck with the Navy man!

  • Thanks man!!

As of today, I'm only a pound and a half away from losing 15 lbs altogether!!
