  • Awesome film!!!

  • It was one of those "Boba Fett" moments that stick with you. Let's hope George Lucas doesn't get hold of the rights and totally balls it up!

  • seen the neph in Glasgow fantasitc seen the eyes up close :) great band hi to all the watchmen !

  • god,where can i download it? :O

  • 'Hardware' is Coming to Blu-ray'

Richard Stanley's stunning apocalyptic cult classic is gunning for high-definition this fall.

Severin will be bringing the sci-fi horror film 'Hardware' starring Dylan McDermott to Blu-ray on September 29 2009

The Blu-ray will present the uncut and uncensored version of the film featuring 1080p video, Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, and supplements will include an audio commentary with Richard Stanley, Sea of Perdition (a short film), making of featurette, and...

  • It was already released on Blu-Ray in the UK. Very nice looking transfer...

  • I saw that but I'm in U.S. and don't want to have to get a region free player. Glad to hear it looks nice. Hopefully the U.S. version will look good.

  • I think so. Severin is known for their good releases ;)

  • awesome Carl McCoy

  • I loved this movie back in the day. Does anyone know if they're planning on re-releasing it on DVD anytime soon?

  • I am currently remastering this DVD show to the director so to get a better version out there. This is a laserdisk Rip to DVD and re-Compressed onto a low quality set of .vob files. I dvd the rip (which color balance is way off, isn s'tharp at al, especially for Pal format, it is just pathetic; I have taken it upon myself to clean up this crappy job. Look for a re-release in the next 6 months or so.

  • Please let us know when it's ready..i have worn out 2 tapes!

  • @dekonstrux:

    Try Ebay :)

    That´s what I have done.^^

  • can anyone tell me where i can get this movie?! the rapidshare way or any other way too....i MUST see this movie! please! :)

  • The setting of the film (deserts) fits IMHO very well to the image of the "spaghetti western" movies which is connected with the Fields... and nobody could play the role of the zone tripper better than Carl McCoy- this role seems to be perfectly made for him.

  • Carl McCoy as Zone Tripper = [perfect]

  • Great CyberpunK Film!!

  • HEELL Yeah!

  • You couldn't put Lemmy from Motorheads cameo up could you please.

  • Uber film.

    You gotta love the apocalypse.

I love the way the robot rebuilds itself with drills and saws and goes on a rather nasty spree of death.

Reminds me of the game fallout on the p.c.

Nice work on putting this up.

  • Any time I see Dylan in anything since this, all i can think is, "He touched Carl's hand..."

  • its the Zone TRipper!

  • Re-Watched it lately, after years. Extended music clip, a bit over-the-top as everytime someone survives the it's like THE ultimate showdown when seconds later the bot appears again. I LOVE THIS FLICK TO DEATH! Great Iggy Pop, everything is fucked, everyone is contaminated, people get sterylized by government program, the water is foaming of dirt, there's always smoke in the air and the sky is red all the time. Total apocalypse, makes me feel good.

  • AWESOME Carl is the artist

  • Zajebisty film!!! POLECAM!!!

  • I love this movie!

  • Carl McCoy rules!

  • Agreed!!!
