Good stuff. Keep working on it. You might want to check out some of my animation, I do it the same way as you (draw on tracing paper, scan, then color in photoshop). Although mine is more character/story driven and not as visual. Working on my 3rd fully-animated project now.

its decent enough start although theres not alot there. although i usderstand its a big job to animate every cell by hand.

hope you continue with this and get some sort of storyline into it and some sound. could be very good.

good work so far. Needs music in a bad way. Keep up the good work, continue it to have some story. I have done some animation, enough to know that it is demanding, time consuming work. What a lot of work you must have put in already.
