I started making HCG sublingual drops on January 2. I have dropped 4.3 pounds and my workouts were Turbo Jams cardio party and Zumba. I ordered thru Amazon Shaun T's hip-hop abs routine for $15 which is a lot cheaper than Beach Body sells it. I even saw the one he has for kids and kids seem to love the dancing. Can't wait until I get my hiphop abs dvds in the mail.

@sterlingsilvergirl I think you will have to find out what it is you like to do that gets you moving. Is it walking at the park, dancing to your favorites songs or a dancing workout DVD. Explore and find it and then do it :)

I HATE working out! But I did gain approx 20lbs from 2010 to 2011. As a law student I don't have hours on end to dedicate to working out. I really enjoyed Kettle Worx because it's only 20 mins, I can do it at home and it's a workout like I never had. The first day I did it with the 5lb weight I was drenched with sweat by the end. I'm up to an 8lb weight and it being so short allowed me to do the supplemental work outs in between the 3 main work outs. I'd highly recommend it

Girl, I'm like you. I can eat some food. For the most part I eat pretty healthy but I have a serious sweet tooth that is killing my diet. The sensation chew would like a good kind of snack. Great job on your progress.
