I always thought Kyappu and Cap are completely different players. Whenever they are playing in tournaments, they use completely different characters (Cap is almost always using Chris/Kula player in 2k2 while Kyappu is always using Iori/Orochi Chris)
I guess he always plays top chars and chris or o.chris, you can see that is the same player if you search for キャップ on niconico
