That looks good, but blackened could only be done stove top with a blackened cast iron skillet or even stainless steel skillet or frying pan, that is screaming hot. But like I said looks good.

Like many cooks, you don't know the difference between Cajun and Blackened.
Blackened does not use Cajun spices. It uses black and/or White pepper, not red.
