  • tired this recipe the other day. had everything ready, and mixxed it all up. a few hours of marinating, and it was ready for the oven.

    after about 15min i pulled it out, and it looked perfect, but smelled VERY fishy. i think im gonna have to try again once i can get fresh salmon. might have to wait till i get out of maryland though.

  • Being a Sequim, WA resident, I can vouch for the lavender pepper! Here on the Olympic Peninsula we have found many ways to use lavender as a flavoring in our foods. YUM!
