Seriously, who 'collects' stuff these days... What's the point owning something that you're never gonna use. As much as I love Priest I wouldn't buy this just because a few big names in Metal, named their favourite tunes, I already have the entire Priest catalogue... So there'd be no point in me owning this really.
I have been following the Band's career for about 36 years. There may be many people out there who are not so familiar with the music Judas Priest have produced
over the years. They might therefore be happy to buy this album to start building their collection. I hope so. I would like to read comments from new listeners.
off. I hope so. Having perused the titles on this album I would say it's a good place t
@atlg8or6137 We are NOT supposed to buy it. They released it for the ones who would like to buy it. If you don't LOVE Judas Priest that much, avoid posting negative comments about them. Thanks.
@americanatheart1 I guess going to every tour since 1982 doesn't mean that I LOVE Judas Priest (that includes seeing them in what amounted to a high school gym during the Jugulator tour).
I guess that buying bullshit re-releases from their record company means that I really LOVE Judas Priest.
Thanks for clarifying this for me.
I have supported these guys for decades with my hard earned $, however I will not buy an album with NO NEW MATERIAL.
Hope all goes well there..I don't mean to be an asshole but if you ever need a new guitar player...To replace the one that is filling in KK downing..hey give me a try!
Glenn, you showed all the younger bands how it was done in 1990 with Painkiller. I know you guys still have it left in you to do it again. Give us something fast, heavy and 100% metal with the next album.
@irondeth2 Well, they've said from the start that it's just the final world tour, which will be the last chance for a lot of people to see them. It's not a retirement. They've talked a lot lately about putting out AT LEAST one more album. To be honest I bought my tickets the day they became available but I'm much more looking forward to a new album, and hopefully more to come after that!
