I actually have 6 of the 8 armada mcdonalds figures, only missing hot shot and Optimus Prime.

There is a gimmick in each every one of them.

Smokescreen and Demolishor has parts flying off when you ram them into something

Optimus and Megatron has glow in the dark arms

Red Alert has his head sticking out of the front of car, and when you push it down, the car moves forwards

I don't know exactly what hot shot's gimmick is

Starscream's gimmick is like G1 topspin and twintwist, where when you pull them back, he flips and transforms at the same time

Cyclonus's gimmick is when you push him along the ground, and his helicopter rotor blades fly up.

From the 6 I have, all the transformations suck, except for megatron's.

wow, never knew that. So um I guess both starscream and hotshot have pullback wheels, but the reason why starscream had a simplistic transformation compared to Hot shot's is that Starscream is a Jumpstarter, you know? Topspin and Twintwist? My friend had some of those, and they were fun to play with. Just pull it back in vehicle mode and watch it flip into robot mode. It is fun.

Yeah, I think that is the same character as G1 prowl, but it isn't really the G1 toy. It's a redeco of prowl 2 from the Robots in Disguise line, but the toy is supposed to be G1 prowl.

I meant to say "Hot Shot". XD The Megatron one is my favorite. Plus, you can put the canon in between his "hips" and make a shooting action by pressing down on the green part of the canon and his arm will move up and down at the same time. You didn't do that in the video, though.
