I don't think this kid should take all the blame for this...reason being that if the cop found he was suspicious.. why was the kid not put in the back seat of the cop car?the cop was looking inside of another vehicle that this kid was driving..and the kid was standing outside with the cop car running are you kidding me...so what makes it right for the police to do this and get away with it?a lot of ppl are asking the same thing. i think the cop should be charged to.

You know we have a problem with our policing when someone can steal an RCMP cruiser and drive away in it.I'm no genius but they are taught like everyone else is to lock their car's when their not in it or using it..Now who's responsible for paying for a new cruiser,the tax payer's are so If I seem upset it's because this could have been prevented and if this person killed someone with this cruiser then who's really at fault?Thank god nobody got hurt.
