I saw this car about 10 years ago at Mercedes Benz of Nashville, it was in the very front of the service department...one of those cars that you don't forget! Nice!

its a 600 pullman, short version. the most impressive car in the world. f*ck all this new shit, the pullman was the first car which got automatic seat-regulation, windows and even the back could be opened via air-pressure. this is a MASTERPIECE.

power and greatness for germany and ländle maybe so toll war das auto nun auch nicht sehr anfällige komponeneten habe bei mercedes gelernt und intern haben die bosse ne party steigen lassen als das aus kamm weil sie bei jeden 600 kurz ca.700DM draufgelegt haben war ein prestigeträchtiges groschengrab und im alltag für mercedes verhältnisse unzuverlässig wir hatten das auto von reinhard may betreut dh. ist nicht alles gut was cool aussieht ein cadillac lief wesentlich zuverlässiger

Habe Ähnliches gehört. Besonders die Luftfederung hat nur Probleme gemacht. Ich habe nie einen 600er gehabt. - Ansonsten fast alles aus der Zeit : 450er, Cadillacs, Lincoln etc etc..

Das mit der Zuverlässigkeit der grossen Amis stimmt. Die kann man 6 Mon. unter einer Schneedecke vergessen: Einsteigen und anlassen; laufen sofort. Dafür war die Innenausstattung eines 60er Cadillacs so billig, dass man es als Europäer nicht fassen konnte. Bei Lincoln gab man sich zumindest etwas mehr Mühe

die luftfederung musste nur regelmässig gewartet werden die war problemlos nur bei unsachgemäser wartung gabs probleme oder bei langen standzeiten die hydraulik war wesentlich schlimmer weil sie über eine zentrale einheit lief und zwar ausschlieslich hydromechanisch damals ca.8000DM für ein zentralsteuerelement was max.70000km lief

ja die preise sind überzogen aber es gibt brauchbare stücke schon ab 30000 besonders von denn afrikanischen konntinent weil fast alle despoten dieser welt mindestens 3 600er haben der verbrauch ca 18-22 L/100 km das ist ok für ein auto der grösse ein maybach nimmt nicht weniger

Another angel: If $5,500 was the down payment, he could sell it a month later with his star-power and get $30,000, pay off the loan and pocket the rest of the money. I flunked math, I may be wrong.
