Im 17 and believe me, we have some great bands, LB and Korn are still playing their music, LB record some album, but everything went to the undergroudn, my mates dont know any LB, they are listening to Lady Gaga. In the 90' and early 00' were awesome, MTV was playing music, you could hear LB or Deftones in the Radio...i was born in the wrong time..

Originally, Woodstock was meant to be a 3 day concert of music and righteousness.
Here, though there were some good music like The Peppers and Rage Against The Machine, turned into a blatant disrespect for human life. There were rapes, injuries, I think even a couple of murders.
Go back and look at the real Woodstock in 1969. They were mad too but voiced their actions in a respectable way instead of taking advantage of the momentum.
There were no murders, but regardless of Bizkit's performace, the whole festival was doomed to become a riot. Poor management is to blame. They charged outrighteous prices for water bottles and handed out candles which were later used to lit up plywood and empty bootles during RHCP's performance.
Shit got out of hand, Limp Bizkit and other bands contributed to the mess, but the majority of the blame is to be placed on the people arrangeing the festival in the first place.

That was a crazy show! Limp Bizkit was at his peak and Nookie was on top of charts if I remember.... I Listened to the show on 99.9 The Buzz and the sound cutted for couple of minutes in the middle of the set because it was too crazy....

Fred may not write any decent lyrics but it suits for what band they are. Sorry, but they fucked up WoodStock.
Originally, Woodstock was meant to be a 3 day concert of music and righteousness.
Here, though there were some good music like The Peppers and Rage Against The Machine, turned into a blatant disrespect for human life. There were rapes, injuries, I think even a couple of murders.
Go back and look at the real Woodstock in 1969. They were mad too but voiced their actions in a respectable way instead of taking advantage of the momentum.

There were no murders, but regardless of Bizkit's performace, the whole festival was doomed to become a riot. Poor management is to blame. They charged outrighteous prices for water bottles and handed out candles which were later used to lit up plywood and empty bootles during RHCP's performance.
Shit got out of hand, Limp Bizkit and other bands contributed to the mess, but the majority of the blame is to be placed on the people arrangeing the festival in the first place.

That was a crazy show! Limp Bizkit was at his peak and Nookie was on top of charts if I remember.... I Listened to the show on 99.9 The Buzz and the sound cutted for couple of minutes in the middle of the set because it was too crazy....

as crazy as this was...it was the best outdoors concert i've ever been to...although I won't lie..at points it got scary in the crowd. 500K people going crazy isn't always a good thing...the bands were all amazing though..
