the best plastic surgery is those who have gone through some sort of traumatic experience and are trying to "look normal" again. like burn victims or car crash victims. other than that no plastic surgery is good. our society is telling us that its more natural to be unnatural. seeing "stars" with plastic surgery is conditioning our future generations to think its ok and acceptable. when really its not. its materialism and vanity and is quite disgusting and unnatural.
