1 The punches ARE at right angles, although the shortness of my sleeves might give a different impression.
2 Watch it again, there is DEFINITELY a crescent kick, you can even hear the smack against my hand.
4 landing stance is intentionally kosa dachi, as prescribed.
Not a perfect kata by any means but the elements highlighted are not mistakes.
