the problem is that I cant sing, so the tones I sing will e wrong from waht I hear in my head... im training my ears, intervals and stuff. ANd I got some epierience over the years with the chrds and stuff, but still my ear skill sucks so much...
I saw this video about a week ago, and added it to my daily routine. I'm a total noob, but this has been extremely helpful. I'm finally hearing the the notes for what they are. After a week I can verbalize a tone, and then find it quickly. Thanks a lot
Bruce Arnold has books teach the method of ear training you discussed. Check them out on Amazon. Good job. This is really the only way to ear train correctly - hearing notes in the context of a key.
