I have the DVD and this youtube clip looks like it's sped up unintentionally. Maybe it's the encoding. I'm not sure how you did it, but I export as quicktime movie (uncheck make file self contained) then open that in quicktime and then go to File->"save for web", and pick the highest quality it allows you to. The file size will be nice and small and the quality will still be good.
