Who to upgrade first? Definitely one of the ladies:

-Watt - Mega Shock, which is a mutlitarget Power Shock for 5 FP

-Sushie - Tidal Wave, which deals up to 10 damage, 12 on Fire enemies, for 6 FP

-Bow - another hit to her Smack, plus Fan Smack, which is a double-power Smack for 5 FP

-Bombette - Ultra Bomb, which is basically Power Bomb without the limit on Ground-based enemies

Goombario is probably the worst choice for you, luca. Multibonk, like the Multibounce Badge, will get screwed up often.

Sushie is generally the go-to party member to upgrade to Ultra first, because her abilities are helpful in the dungeon and general and with the boss. Watt's also not bad, after you clear the dungeon--she pierces defense, and her final ability can paralyze everything! And after you curbstomped Anti-Guy with paralysis, I definitely think you'd do well with that.

Originally, you could only upgrade party members to super rank.

The stone allows everyone in your team from now on to get a second upgrade.

It doesn't really upgrade anyone. Just allows you to upgrade past super rank whenever you find a super block. Also, the stone is a key item, meaning you will always have it, just like the action command pendant.

Yeah, like I mentioned in a previous vid, you mix the Jammin' Jelly with either a Super Shroom or an Ultra Shroom, and you get an item that recovers both HP and FP at the same time.
