the big company guys take back around 6 figure sum, whereas indie circuit wrestlers get paid per appearance, it could be anything between 20 a night to few hudred dollars, sometimes it can be in the 1k range, depending on how much ass you can put in a seat.

As far as I know jobbers actually make a decent 40-60k a year. Mid carders can make about six figures as you say. Top guys make close to a million but with some nice perks. Top indie guys actually make something to 6 figure sums as well while other indie guys who aren't big names have a 2nd job besides wrestling. Then there are rare cases like MsChif whose actual job pays the best but moonlights as a wrestler but fans fucking love her.

The challenge I guess and personal motivations. Dragon has done pretty much everything in the indies and I think his style which is very unique is also tailor made for a WWE audience.

I disagree. Watch is NOAH stuff with Castagnoli as his partner. They hung in there with guys like Makato Hashi, Misawa, and Morishima. The man plays a 'sports entertainment' heel in ROH, so his wrestling style works really well in that character. ROH is going more 'character-driven' after all. I really like Hero and thinks he has a great amount of talent mixed with awesome charisma.

You're fucking retarded. First off "wrestling skills" don't mean shit because it's ENTERTAINMENT, always has been, always will be, if you get a reaction and draw fans, you're a good wrestler. Second, the man wrestled for NINETY MINUTES once, you can't go 90 minutes without having ability, Chris is the total package of entertainer, wrestler, and worker, he's so damn smart, he works the ROH audience, mocks them, and they don't even realize it.
