  • what kind of back up beeper do those buses have?

  • thats a ugly fucking bus why would they waste tax payers money on that. i hope my company septa does not buy something like that i will refuse to fix it

  • In Los Angeles I drive that exact bus but some of ares doesn't gave them side skirts they make the bus ugly n plus u ain't gotta worry about sideswipping them

  • lol this is our new name Metro our's used to be MAT Metro Area Transit we changed our's to Metro with 24 new buses to replace the older buses.

  • The NEw Buses Pwn. The Mediam Old Buses FAIL. The Old Old Old Metro Buses were awsome.

  • 2 years and they still aren't on the x2 yet

  • i built that them guys changed paint job twice

  • I remember seeing a 60 footer NABI Bus out in Lawrenceville, GA right at Discover Mills. But I think it was used as a demo, and if Gwinnett Transit orders this model from NABI, they should run on the Route 10

  • Do you know if Gwinnett is seriously considering getting these buses?

  • Well recently Gwinnett just got some new 08 & 09 MCI buses to replace the NABI and Orion VII buses from their express service. So now the MCI buses are on the express routes, while the NABI's & Orions are on the local routes. I not sure if Gwinnett will be getting new local buses, even though they need them

  • dude sware!!!!!!

  • LACMTA-Los Angeles already has this fleet running on the Metro Rapid system...

  • how many transit buses they got?

  • They have about 50 Running in each Division (Seven Divisions) . These buses are great! Very Nice. LACMTA is planning to add a new Hybrid Fleet that will look the same as this bus but without the center divider. thanks to voter approved measure R. 1/2 cent sales tax for better transit vehicles. Im glad DC has these great Buses.

  • you talking about 42-BRT hybrid buses? when they adding them? how many they gonna add n how much is gonna cost them?

  • Exactly. They just started placing them on one line only. It cost the agency about 800-$850000 each. The Thing that i saw with the DC buses was vandal proof seating. The Buses in LA dnt have that and are vandalized constantly. The Technology on the DC bus is better than the one here in LA. They plan to add about 10-15 42-BRT buses to local lines. Vandalism really holds Metro back from placing these new buses on tits Fleet. The New buses will take over the METRO LOCAL lines, not the METRO RAPID..

  • how fast they drive?

  • buses from what City?

  • These buses are in Washigton DC

  • NYCTA or SEPTA Should have one of these

  • $800k...WTF!!! some city official is getting a cut out of that.

  • Vandal proof? Yeah right!!!

  • nothing is vandal proof

  • I Hvae a pic of a seat on this bus that has been vandelized

  • BRING BACK THE GM FISHBOWL!!!!

  • Classic bus, but why do you want it back? It's awesome and all, but it's the 21st century. We have to upgrade lol.

  • And the old NABIS do have air conditions.

  • well, all buses look good when they're new. I remember when the '95 NABI Ikarus's debuted and replaced the stinking M.A.N. Diesels. The reporter says vandal proof seating. Yeah right! I wish the people would not vandal the seats but they will find a way. Those seats look like all the other cloth seats on New Flyer buses and believe me they can be vandalised.

  • I think these buses have the ow, ow, ow sound that the Cummins powered Orion VIIs has.

  • Just wait until your new New Flyer BRT hybrids come in next year. Some of them are going to Landover Division.

  • Yeah 48 of them. I can't wait. And I'm going to get some videos at West Ox.

  • ow ow ow?

  • You know, the brake sound the Cummins powered Orion VIIs have. The 2500-Early 2600 Orions.

  • And the 3000 Orions.

  • San Diego California's MTS has New Flyer articulated high floor diesel buses and they are also going to get these NABI buses in September.

  • Los Angeles Metro or LACMTA also has these NABI buses. Its predecessor Southern California Rapid Transit District had these Neoplans articulated buses back in the 1980s but they were replaced when they got RTS and Flexibles.

  • The old NABI's are not that bad.

  • Really i like those Neopolean ones.

  • I like both.
