I have serius respect for Francis Mark for keeping the band going and even though his screaming isn't (or doesn't seem to be) the right type to keep up the songs penned by Ben Perri, he still performs them live for the fans. He could be a douche and only play songs he wrote and/or off the new album, but he plays what the people want to hear. Again, serious kudos to Fran.

Ben quit because he didn't want to put in the effort anymore. Is was more his decision than the bands. Regardless, he's a douche. Francis Mark's screaming on the new record is outstanding, just not so much live. I think it's safe to say most people enjoyed the occasional screams by him, but I'd rather this then a new screamer.

Alright Ben Perry live in Chicago at the House of Blues in September 2005.....A short, balding, fat, ugly, tight clothed, man boobed, screaming in your face, bad breathed (we were up that close), beer drinking, loud, short little man with the biggest voice I have ever heard. Yeah, I was never a big fan of Benjamin Perri, but I really don't think that Francis Mark should have taken his place. He did a awesome job, and I mean awesome playing drums and a few vocal lines here and there. I even really like his scream, but it just doesn't fit there music when it is the main scream. They should have found another deep screamer that Benjamin Perri was.

That's not a touring drummer, that's Jeff Gretz from Zao. He is the regular drummer with Fata since Fran stepped out from the kit. They only used a touring drummer for the Australia Tour in December.

the new cd is amazing but I really wish the original members were back again. I mean scott gross had all the metal riffs, brian deneeve was great as well, mike pilato had great bass action, fran was a great drummer and melodic singer, and ben had great vocals. They had so many members leave, also I wish the singer of autumns monologue and short stories would be back. The only reason she got to sing was because of her being the gf of mike pilato. i miss old days
