Well there is a serious side 0 the ad is truthful - Rich people want every break there is - corporate and individual and this ad just points out how devious that position really is.

I personally have no problem with Private Equity firms, leveraged buy-outs etc. But I do have a fundamental problem with Romney that makes watching this ad delightful. He's gone around pushing himself as a "Venture Capitalist" and he is no Peter Thiel, Ron Conway, Dave McClure. He's not out seeding capital and doing the angel investor schtick. I have no problem with an LBO PE allstar running for president. Presenting yourself as some kind of daring VC on the other hand and you deserve this ad!

I'm not aware of Romney's previous history of creating a significant number of jobs, but I know that as a private equity firm, Bain & Co. would "make businesses more efficient" by "cutting costs" and laying off workers. Businesses would be taken apart and components sold off for a profit.

Well the stars from the 2008 election have certainly faded from the eyes of young voters everywhere. Many have coalesced behind the libertarian message of Ron Paul. Others are even willing to vote for Colbert (who is only in this to help get a second term for Obama).
My hope is that these disillusioned voters will realize that their abject hatred of Mitt Romney will only serve to bring us 4 more years of Obamanation. And will look past the MSM lies to see that Romney is the right choice.

If Ron Paul doesn't get the nomination, many of Ron's supporters will in turn vote for Gary Johnson, therefore decimating the Republican's chances of beating Obama.
