  • Hi: It seems to me in the final note, Henry Kissinger is going to have something to do with this according to Kirban Suban's book, "Kissinger, Man of Peace", which was published in 1974. Perhaps Kissinger is able to coordinate efforts with the Vadican through the IMF, which Kissinger will lead to bring the world out of economic collapse.

  • 2 Thess. 2:3-4 "Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God."

  • Hello.

The Lord confirmed "the covenant", not "a covenant".

After 62 sevens, He was presented unto "thy holy city" as "Messiah the Governor" (Dan 9:24), when He rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, "behold thy King" (Zech 9:9), and declared to the city, "this thy day". (Luke 19:42)

Only a few days later He was crucified, "cut off, with nothing for Himself". (9:26)

He was not around for the last "seven".

  • Christ closed the book after reading, "the acceptable year of the Lord", placing the "day of vengeance of our God", and the last seven, in the future.(Luk 4:18-20 Isa 61:2).

In the middle of the week, the wicked one will be unveiled (2Th 2:8), and instead of offering "spiritual sacrifices" (1Pe 2:5, etc) unto God, "they sacrifice unto devils, and not to God", as the "Song of Moses" declares (Rev 15:3. Deu 32. Psa 90-91).

  • Hi The 70 weeks prophesy which you refer to is a Messianic prophecy about Jesus' first coming. "Seventy weeks are determined For your people and for your holy city, To finish the transgression, To make an end of sins, To make reconciliation for iniquity, To bring in everlasting righteousness, To seal up vision and prophecy, And to anoint the Most Holy." Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined (cut off from the 2300 day prophecy) for "your people"-the Jews "your holy city"-Jerusalem
  • "To seal up vision and prophecy"

The visions of Daniel chapters 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 are synchronous, and terminate with the time of the end.

    "The end" 7:26

"The time of the end" 8:17, 19

"The end" 9:26 - "the end thereof shall be with a flood" Compare Rev 12:15.

"The time of the end" 12:40

"The time of the end" 12:4, 9, 13

    Compare Matt 24:14 "the end"

John was taken to "the Lord's Day" (Rev 1:10), i.e. "the Day of the Lord", and the events described therein are primarily for that time.

  • "...Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed." 8:14.

Until then, "the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months." Rev 11:2

Rev 12:6 "a thousand two hundred and threescore days. " = 3.5 yrs

Rev 12:14 "a time, and times, and half a time" = 3.5 yrs

That is one seven total. Between verses 6 and 14, we have "the middle of the week". Thus, the "hour" of temptation has silence in heaven for "half an hour" 8:1.

  • You are mixing prophesies. The 70 weeks prophesy is part of the 2300 day prophesy but separate from the 1260 day (year).

Daniel's 70 weeks prophesy pertains to the rebuilding of the temple destroyed by the Babylonian captivity until Messiah's ministry & death.

In prophesy, 70 weeks=490 days=490 years. From the decree in 457 BC to restore & rebuild the temple to Messiah is 490 years. This time is "determined", cut off of the 2300 day (year) prophesy previously given to Daniel by the angel.

  • "From the faring forth of the word to cause a return and to rebuild Jerusalem" (9:25) 454 BC

After seven sevens (49 yrs) 405 BC

"After the sixty-two sevens, Messiah will be cut off, with nothing for Himself" (9:26) 29 AD

"the other governor's coming" (9:26), "will be master of a covenant with many for one seven" (9:27) Soon AD

  • There were 4 separate commands found in Ezra concerning releasing Jewish captives for the rebuilding & restoration of the temple in Jerusalem. The fourth and final was the one which gave full political freedom for all Jewish captives to return to Jerusalem. Ezra 7:12-13, 21. Archeological evidence in form of stone tablet firmly places this date at 457 BC.

    69 Weeks of the 70 week prophecy: 457BC (Decree Ezra 7:12-13, 21)

    +483 (69 weeks=483 days)

    -------- 27 AD

  • So what happened in AD 27? Messiah the Prince was anointed!

"God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power." Acts 10:38

Jesus was anointed by the Holy Spirit at His baptism in 27 AD! Also, history records the 15th year of Tiberias (Lk 3:1, 21) was 27 AD.

"But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son." Gal 4:4 Which fullness of time? God's prophesy revealed to Daniel, the 70 week messianic prophesy.

So far, we have accounted for 69 weeks of the 70.

  • We have seen that the 69th week ends in the baptism, or anointing, of Messiah the Prince, Jesus, in 27 AD.

What happens in the 70th week, the week which directly follows the 69th week, where we saw Jesus baptized?

"And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself" Dan 9:27 At some point in the 70th week Messiah would be cut off. He would DIE. But not for Himself. Whom did He die for? SInners like you and me!

  • "Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;

But in the middle of the week

He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering" Dan 9:27

Who confirmed a covenant with many? Jesus! Matt 26:28, Mk 14:14, Lk 22:20. In the middle of the week He brought an end to sacrifice and offering by being our sacrifice! He was our Lamb, sacrificed for us, for our sins!

  • "Messiah the GOVERNOR" was cut off after 62 sevens. At the ascension, He "was caught up unto God, and to his throne." Rev 12:5

If He was cut off after 62 sevens, how could He be around for the last seven?

After that, we see 3.5 yrs in Rev 12:6, and Messiah is still in heaven.

  • "Until Messiah the Prince,

There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks." Dan 9:25

-Anointed at the end of 69 weeks-483 years

-Cut off after the 7 and 62 weeks, meaning He was cut off after the 69th week, which scripture tells us was in the middle of the 70th week. Dan 9:27

  • The 70th week of the prophesy is all Messianic, not any still future event, because in the middle of the 70th week He was cut off, causing the sacrifices and offerings to end! The veil in the temple was torn from TOP to bottom by God, signifying the old priesthood, the Levitical priesthood with their sacrifices for sin, was done away with. God accepted His Son's one-time sacrifice for ALL sin! That's why the 70th week cannot be thrown in the future, it is pertains to Christ's ministry and death.

  • In AD 31 He was cut off for us, for our sins. But before He died, He told His disciples to go to the lost children of Israel, to tell them the good news. And the church did just that. AD 31 plus the final half week, 3.5 years of the 70 weeks prophesy, brings us to the fall of 34 AD. What happened in the fall of 34 AD? Stephen was stoned, God's covenant with national Israel ended, the 70 weeks prophecy ended, and the Gospel went to the Gentiles. Jewish believers could still be grafted in, Rom 11.

  • "Messiah the Governor" is relevant. You have the "anointing" (Messiah), but not "Governor".

Jesus was baptized and anointed in Luke 3. But He was not presented to "thy holy city" as "Messiah the GOVERNOR" until John 12:12-19 Luke 19:36-44, the fourth day before the Passover, "behold thy KING".

The objects of the things "determined" are "thy people and thy holy city". Not "thy people and thy river Jordan". Luke 3:3 Without the holy city, we have no fulfillment of the things "determined".

  • Asteiages, as Regent during Nebuchadnezzar's illness, issues the decree to start rebuilding the wall. 454 BC (Neh 1:8) Dan 9:25 does not mention a decree for the temple.

Work on the Temple did not begin until the second year of Darius. (Haggai 1:1-2).

Darius the Median took the kingdom in 426 BC, and Cyrus issues the decree to build the temple, "to build Him an house". 426 BC Ezra 1:1.

The seven sevens are then marked by the completion and dedication of the temple in 405 BC

  • Thanks for your comment, the scripture you mention is Daniel 9:27:

    "Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;

But in the middle of the week

He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering."

This is the 70 Week Messianic prophesy, and is talking about Jesus! In the 70th week of the prophesy Christ confirms the covenant, the New Covenant, in the middle of the week (3 1/2 years, length of His ministry) He brought an end to sacrifice and offering, by being our sacrifice! God Bless!

  • The Antichrist will "confirm" the Old Covenant with Israel. He will walk into the temple and "show himself to be god" by matching His DNA to the Shroud of Turin -- and to the Blood found on the Ark of the Covenant by Ron Wyatt.

He cannot match the DNA on the Ark - and then reject its contents. The 10C's will be used to enforce HIS MARK - He'll seductively call it the "Seal of God" & cause many to think they "do God a favor" for turning in resistors.

SDA'S - You are being set up big time!
