In the album booklet, it says that all songs were written by Taiji and co-arranged by Taiji and Top (lead guitarist) and another guy named INA.

So Top was definitely involved, but I'm not sure if Top wrote that specific intro section by himself. I doubt it personally.

It probably was a collaborative effort.

After all, Taiji can play the guitar quite well also.
