What a load of BS - to "save a salmon hatchery"?! Taxpayers are being charged for this? If the damn thing can't support itself, let it go out of business and be replaced by a business that can fund itself! And if the process is being conducted "in daylight," why won't members of Congress put their names on specific earmarks? What are they afraid of? Vote the bums out!
