yeah, i have seen 2step on SOHC Honda's before, but i'm not sure where to buy one @. Google it.

The 2step causes the motor to cut the ignition so that it can hold the desired rpm. This inturn causes the car to backfire and thats what you hear in the background.

i want to get one for my neon. was it easy to install?

The install took me about 4 hours. On a scale from 1-10 i would say it was a 5-6. If you know how to solder and read then you should have no problem installing it. NDperformance has a good set of install instructions and it made it real easy.
