@lfc1892ynwa96 I think there's no set schedule in stone, its what works best for you and everyone works best on a different rotation. For me i notice i produce better results when i do straight days then rest, so usually 4 to 5 days straight then rest...but thats what works for me, you need to try different rotations and see what works
@lazarotheboss123 lower your body fat percentage to less than 12% ... NUTRITION is where its at and ofcourse lots of cardio.... weight training is great boost..
NOTE: abdominal area is the last part of the body, the fat is burned... so dedication and discipline is key..

@yloveyl yeah thats why you need to combine both slow and fast explosive movements in your workout so you gain mass and strength, thats how i train

I praised onetao8 for being educated not you, and you are definately not a personal trainer, i feel sorry for your clients if thats the only solution you give them for getting abs and biceps...very sick

everyone arguing about if this guy is on STEROIDS IS STUPID!! You cannot tell from just looking at someone (unless they are freakishly huge, which this guy is not) if they are using or have used. I have worked in gyms for years and i personally know guys way SMALLER that DO use and guys way BIGGER that DONT!! Don't gudge or assume anything about this dude he may have used but either way he has put in a lot of hard work.

Please answer honestly- Have you always been pretty muscular or did you have to work (extra) hard to get where you are today? I'm asking because I've been hitting the gym for three years (faithfully) and I’ve ginned good size but nowhere near where you are!! So please...let me know. @absbiceps Just because someones buff dosent mean they take roids lol.In alot of ghetto or urban areas theres parks and theres people because of lack of jobs and work ,most blacks go in the parks and workout because of no jobs and want to be fit look up the 24 Hour Ghetto Workout it will explain why people in the hood or ghetto are buff but not this one in particular
