  • Great video! Thank you! I´m turning vegan so i have been making profound investigations about healthy and complete vegan diets. If you have any video that focuses on vegan diet and that shows me what I have to eat to not get weakened from it, like meat substitues that don´t contain soy. I would be glad to watch it, thank you!

    That said, for those of you who drink soy milk because you think it's healthier than regular milk.... it's not.

  • ahhh. i'm depressed.. i stopped drinking milk because i was told how bad it is , so i switched to soy.. i might have a cup every few days with cereal... now soy is bad.. honestly what can we eat these days?

  • i ve been a fan of miso soup for a while now. DOes that mean i should stop? I dont drink soy milk anymore but I used to drink a lot of it! One day I just stopped. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the damage? Thank you.

  • @HiddenLifestyle Of course you can have a deficiency in your protein intake. You need a certain amount in your diet.
