@MaddyPatty524 Actually, Anne of Cleves (primly in today's definition of 'beauty') would be considered the MOST beautiful of Henry's list of wives.......however considering back in that era; men and in this case King Henry-- they thought woman who had fair skin, blue eyes and blonde hair were strikingly beautiful............have times changed since then..

Wasn't Henry meant to be a fat 50 year old when he met her? and wasn't he meant to find her unattractive? I can't judge if the series isn't entertaining (I haven't seen it), but it sure isn't historically accurate

They really did a good favour to the real King Henry for chosing such a handsome actor...cause I saw the real pic of him and he's ugly! I think Anne was a lot more pleasant to look at then he was...

... he BECAME a fat ugly sod, but he used to be, as history describes him, a good looking man who did sport, but he also ate a lot, and he got fat... by the way her the producers could have done better with the german sentences of anne of cleves

in reality he tried to sleep with her a couple of times after their marriage, but she was quite... inexperienced and didn´t changed it... after the first tries henry said that he is even more not interested in her... i think this kiss should shorten things up
