yeh i no, kinda late, but its light. i got my sword to lvl 540 and 450 str and i beat him pretty easily :P

@mastemini 2 things...Sword level > strength.....And go fight avatar on hard mode. You wont even get it to half.

how do you get the chaser spell i just cant get ive beaten the game from orc leader to avatar final boss yet i cant find it

There's a shop on the lower left part of the map called yjql city (it's on the 8th square you can get into) that has a bunch of people standing around, making it look like it's a useless town screen. Randomly if you go into that screen, a witch will have the spell for sale for 100 million gold.
