  • i hope it doesn't feel too much pain

  • @sk123010 don't worry, actually the eel can't feel any pain at all. All the pain in any living body can only be felt by the brain. If you look closely he cuts it's neck witch cuts all the pain too.

  • damn just imagine wen its fried up all crispy and shit WOOOOOOO

now i wanna eat some eel

  • nice skils. id eat there

  • So,can it be called instant, painless death? The blood and sharp stuff scares the hell outta meh :)

  • They eel is actually dead after the head is cut off.

  • The eel became food before it died! lol Thats skillful.

  • thats a sharp knife

  • Hes skilled with a fillet knife. The eel was pile of meat before it even had time to flap once.

Kinda glad to see an asian chef that grants the fish a quick kill.

  • @ImTheSolace1 lol he is jap

  • the first cut is done to kill it right? I mean... even if not, the nail will kill it anyways... so yum! I'd like to taste that!!

  • @lasifasila The first cut was to insure death at that very moment, the nail only held it down

  • cool, it's like he's taking revenge on the eel.

  • NICE WORK...

  • Woosh lol

  • masterfully done

  • No, BIG like 700+ Gallons you faggot im not a retard and i respect animals

  • He did it right. A Nail through the brain, instantly killing it 99.9 % of the time. So it doesnt go through pain?

  • Wow, see waht I people people? Humans, and the world is going to end. We dont care about animals anymore. We need to treat them good. I want to get a HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE Fish tank. And lots of them too. Save all the animals and take awsome care of them.

  • lol your a nut job

  • save them? in a tank? dude if I was a animal and spend my life in a cage, I would happily die instead. save my arse

  • master of filet at work. I never had hagfish but i anna try. Looks good fried mybe with stir-fry seasoning like potstickers...Now im hungry.

  • Doesn't get any fresher than that, haha.

  • u can eat em raw?

  • Sure can.

  • unagi is not edible raw.

There is a case to cause food poisoning when I eat raw. Therefore, all the Japanese unagi food is heated.

  • mmm some nice Unagi

  • damn...that guy ripps those things apart quick

  • = s

  • oh my god! that must be a really sharp knife. i tried cutting a live eel once, its not easy. i love eel! it's delicious!

  • nice! mmm.. delicious. i'll have some of that unagi pls.

  • long live cow toungue

  • what a skill

  • looks delicious!

  • Some people think this kind of stuff is sick. How do you think they kill the animals that we eat? For the meat to be in supermarkets, the animal has to die. It's not like they put it to sleep and then give it a painless death. Most of the time, like with chickens, they chop its head off.

  • well most americans give most animals a painful death search animal slaughter u s a bull slaughter

  • This vid doesnt even compare to cow and chicken slaughter houses in the US lmao! Industrialized death at its finest

  • now i know what those things are, the ones that goes through the eel's heads by pinning. those are meuchi spikes.

  • thats kinda mest up :/

  • Okay, killing animals for food is a COMPLETELY different story than murdering a person for the sake of satisfying perverse desires. Your little remark is unbelievably juvenile.

  • No, it was literal.

  • Alright then :]

  • eel is very good it has a very low fishy taste but that chick is good

  • wow she's good

  • that is so mean! D:

  • delicious food, cool cutting skills, creepy eel O_O

they're cutting it so fast that its still alive when you gut it and chopping it into pieces O_O

  • mad skillz with the blade he is a true master

  • The Japanese show no mercy. xD.

  • I love unagi its the best! Nice cutting skills.

  • wow hes fast!

  • Delicious fresh eel, I gotta try that someday.

  • eel is yummy. ;]

  • what does it taste like

  • @jtm0008771

Last time I ate eel sushi, it tasted like chicken when cooked. :)

I don't know if you can eat it raw though, as I've only ever seen it cooked!

    It's very delicious though~

  • great work!!!!

  • Actualy its really good for u fresh killed meat has alot a flavor in it but the stuff u buy at the store has a little flavor it loses it when it goes through procesing and gets put in the freazer

  • animals are delicious! let's kill them all

  • .. But you're an animal too ;)

  • mMmmMMm human meat yummy...

  • Eel is good if it's prepared right.

  • Fast ass foo!!

    LOL

  • An eel bit three of my uncle's fingers off.

  • that's one mean eel alright......

  • I think this eel is not for sushi but for "KABAYAKI".

KABAYAKI is broiled eel with salted and sweetened source.

  • Dam thats good technique.

  • thanks for posting this, I was struggling to find an efficient method for filleting around those spines!

  • i meant; what are those things he pinned the eels down with?

  • this guy is amazing

  • thats a baby cryin in the back ground (O<)

  • LOL yeah i thought it was the eel.

  • what do you call those things, you pin the eels down with?

  • wow thats some excellent knife-work my friend

  • wow, i think i can hear the eel crying

  • This is just absolutely disgusting!

  • yummm

  • I have hatred for being descending of Japanese. Cursed Bondage Killer!

  • *quick

  • at least it's quite and painless for the eel

  • eels sushi is the shit!!!!!its awesome

  • i think that looks really cool o-o;

  • i love eel. This vid was great

  • If you never ate eel or unagi in Japanese don't say anything. Because its damn good.

  • Its dead, nerves are shot which makes it do insticntual actions

  • Why is this 'dark'?

The eel dies instantly, its still moving because its nerve endings are fudged up. Besides eel meat doesnt just fall out of the sky.

  • dude, sweet. I wanna try it so bad...

  • wow. that guy is fast with his knife. He makes me look like a big clumsy oaf.

  • SO DELICIOUS!

  • i still don't see the dark side of it. well, ok it's pretty barbaric if they still move but sushi or sashimi is supposed to be real fresh...what's better than this? And btw, did u think that the pork u ate yesterday was gently cuddled to death? rofl

  • Heh, I do find it funny that humans eat everything that moves...

Nonetheless... I have to try this at least once...

  • poor eles why do you peole hawe to eat awrything that mowes.. :( People is like wirus you are destroing god creatures...

  • Firsty, learn to spell. Secondly, we eat to survive and meat tastes good. That's all there is to it. Overeating is a serious problem, but eating the right amount can never do any harm.

  • Delightracardeanne, I thought your comment was excellent. Vegans seem to think they are doing the earth a huge favor, but in actuality, agriculture hurts the earth also.

  • You mean growing food crops I take it. Well consider how much "Agriculture" it takes to grow the stuff that feeds the meat you eat, the loss of calorific energy-cos that's how food chains work. Also the methane emissions produced from that meat that fuck up the climate. So growing veg to eat directly is a lot less "Hurtful".

  • we don't feed fish crops...

  • Eel is often wild caught. Anyway, my point was that both eating meat and eating veg are "hurtful" to the environment, so vegans should not act as though they are sinless. I guess the real problem is not our diet, but that the human population is way too high.

  • right, which is why we need something to lower the population, not like the nazis where they killed a certain group of people, but something that will kill regardless of what you are. thats why we need a highly contagious desease or maybe a human strain of the fungus Cordyceps.

  • hes skilled with the knife very nicely ;)

  • ^.^ live eel is the best ^.^

  • thanks!

  • this is the dark side cos the eel is prepared in a quite a barbaric manner and sone of the severed heads are still moving in another box...

  • What, you think the eel just kills and filets itself? Dark side not evident.

  • WAHAHA

  • i don't see the DARK.

  • Amazing knife skills!!!!
