Great clip! Nice site! I almost forgot is this in the Live at Kilburn DVD? Or a bootleg?
I think I will watch the whole thing to refresh my mind. " EVEN AT THERE WORST THEY ARE BETTER THAN MOST" I didn't right that someone else did at one time.
Keith Moon's second last concert with The Who. 'Kilburn was filmed for Jeff Stein rockumentary about the group, "The Kids are Alright". Ultimately, the only bit of Kilburn used in the film is Pete at the end of this clip saying, "There's a guitar up here if some big mouthed little git wants to come and take it off me."
There was again another filming at Shepperton in May 1978 which used 3 songs from that performance for the film.
i think that roger might of got a little too much to drink too...but the drunker they r...they funnier they are to watch. awww...keith is all wanting the spotlight for once...that's so cute!
This is so goddamn funny! I've never seen the lads forget their own material before! Well, I guess it was several years since they played it the last time, but still. It's hilarious.
The fact is, it's not a great show that's fun to watch. John is almost too drunk to stand up, Keith sucked by the time this was filmed and Pete want's to be anywhere but on that stage. Go watch one of their '76 or '75 tours if you want some good late Who shows.
