Bloomex never delivers what is promised. They are the worst florists ever. Please check before ordering from these crooks!

POTENTIAL BLOOMEX CUSTUMER READ THIS! 3 years ago, the Toronto star made an article about a really bad service at Blmx. Blmx said that it was a minority of incidents and promises to correct the situation. Since nothing has changed. The Better Business Bureau (north American customer organization) had just given them the worst quoted value, an F! They’re the worst trader above, in all their files.

They, in the last 3 years, received over 300 complaints, only over Ontario. Like wrong bouquet, smaller bouquet, withered flowers if not completely dead, missing cards, etc, etc. They even leaved the bouquet on the doorstep, in winter, at –30C º. On a T.V. show investigation, they ordered about 50 bouquets to compare the quality of each. Never mind comparing, none of the 50 were near approaching the quality boasted by Bloomex.

SRC in a show called ‘’La facture’’, made a footage on Blmx. They tried to have a refund & confront them. The address given by Blmx on the bill was also one of their jokes! Guess what? Place was empty! U want a refund? Only give it to u, if u bring back the flowers within 7 days n don’t refund the delivery. If u paid with a credit card you can have a full reimbursement by the retro billing. Protection against bad companies to cancel the payment of a bad service. (Call ur credit card company)

Blmx is everythin except what they say they are. In fact, u just have to reverse the meanin of their words: great deals all the time = worthless deal ever. I can trust that their flowers r going to be as beautiful as… = I CAN’T trust… or I can trust that their flowers r goin to be as withered as they r in radioactive sites. Prices r xtrmely reasonable = only when u pay for what u want not here at Blmx. If ur lookin 4 a fast easy affordable.. = If ur looking 4 a fast cheesy overestimate…

Always on time = Ha!Ha! Let me laugh! Customer service were very easy to talk to = Ho yeah? Try to get a refund, then we’ll see what u really think about the easy customer service. I would recommend Blmx to all my friends = Yeah! Since he did, he lost every friend he had! Amazing value = Says who? Excellent quality= Let me laugh! Very trustworthy = Maybe if ur Blm owner. Great service = Yeah! If ur definition of great service means less service 4 higher prices.

People on this site are one of 2 things: paid actors (Blmx ad, so probably still unpaid) or complete idiots. Hope they regret doing that commercial, cause I suppose people are nagging them all the time, by now.

BLOOMEX IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. FOR GOD'S SAKE DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and chocolates (which she's deathly allergic to) showed up a day late with no card. Their staff are rude and hang up on people.
