An excellent performance -- the soprano's diction is superb. The tempo is slow, but the audience's reaction makes the point that a slower tempo makes it easier for the audience to get all the text!
Thanks so much for posting this! Just last night I watched the DVD of the 2006 performance of Company recorded by/for PBS' Great Performances. It was excellent, but it reminded me that Kendra had played "crazy Amy" too, and I wished I could have seen/heard her perform it. So your timing is uncanny.
The solo soprano is amazing!! Anyone know who it is?

She really sounds like she's having a mental breakdown -- This is excellent!

I wasn't sure I would like it slower, but I agree that it really works. I guess it has a lot to do with the actress, but she really makes it work.

it actually sounds better slower

I don't really like this version. The voice is shrill, the tempo is slow, and it's just all around muddy

It's Galinda! I had know clue she did this. This is one of my favorite shows. (Up there with Wicked and Sweeney Todd.)
