What genre is this? Which other songs are alike this one, and whcih artists (preferably Japanese) create music like this? I can only find Shinichi, Jazztronik, and FPM...
Shinichi Osawa and Boa Kwon on the same gig. Heaven. It is a shame that US audiences are only now starting to hear such people as BoA, Utada, Ishida, Takahashi, and Kotoko. These people are absolute goddesses in Japan and Korea. Oops, can't leave out Faye Wong from China. Over 100-million CDs sold combined...while we listen to Smiley Sillyass!
This is still my favorite song from Mondo Grosso though. Boa's voice was amazing here.
and I can't shake off the feeling that the style of the visualization/ animation of this MV is so.. Ache's. The same one who visualized Makou's song 'A Lie' . Anybody knows him?
@Nikbug3 yes. House is kinda like having a conistent beat like techno, but with an emphasis on voice singing. Usually its lower paced than trance or techno with lower bpm. Alot of japanese house is jazzy, alot of pianos violins, saxaphones
