First unistall Pando Media Booster from Control Panel if u have it installed ( this thing can be autoinstalled and u wouldn't even know it's there, so check it) and then u can delete the LIVE folder

Well... i dont know what is causing that =/ never had anything like that before...

Maybe download and install the game again?

Did u install the game?.. You can check the APB folder at Program Files or Program Files(x86) /gamersfirst/APB Reloaded/Launcher.

This is where the game launcher should be..

Fixes (1) and (4) worked for me , (2) didn't work and (3) isn't saying what are the better values I should use.

Good that 2 of them worked =). Strange, nr.2 is working perfectly on my friends PC. And for the nr.3 i just changed MaxSmoothedFrameRate=62 to for example =200 :D. You can test those numbers.
