people should be most responsable neuter or spaying the animals will reduce stray dogs or cats and for those breeders should be high cuotes to pay because if there is stray animals why breed more and this goes for those who bought puppys an once they grow discard them in shelters ..I had a stray and he was the most loyal dog ever sadly he just pass away after been part of my family for 21 years

It is difficult for AT to send dogs abroad as we have no way of doing home checks and if for any reason the dog wasn't accepted (other dog didn't like him/her, or the adopters had a problem and couldn't keep him/her) they would have no way of getting him/her back to Taiwan. Also the cost involved is high and they would ask the adopter to pay for this.

That woudl be great, but we still at this point don't have contacts in canada or US to help us do house checks. If you lived in Taiwan and adopted a dog/cat then moved back we would do everything to help, but if you are looking for a pet i think the best option is to check out local pounds as i know there are animals all over the world looking for loving homes.

i had to give away a dog a few months ago. i got it from the owner who was going to put it down, i said id help it, but after awhile of having it, i had to move and well i could only have one dog. so i found the best home i could for it, it was very sad. she gave me that sad look before i left. i dont like give dogs up.
