Beautiful rig. Could you tell me what size magnets you use? Or are they stock with the case? Im wanting to use magnets to secure some of my acrylic mods. but im not sure what size I can get away with. I dont want any electromagnetic interference. Though I know the risk of this is low. I do want them very secure.
@raginube N52 Neodymium disks. These are 1/16" thick and 5/8" Diameter with a pull strength of about 3 pounds each. I use two but they are separated by 1/16" of aluminum. Probably 4-5 pounds of pull force more or less.
@mike82y The panel slips over the stand offs so no change in rear backplane alignment. Stand offs protrude about 1/8" past the trim panel. That should provide enough clearance for the back side of the motherboard. If not I will slice and dice on site until it does.
