I would suggest people look up the British writer Anthony Peake who puts forward a very convincing hypothesis that we are all guided by our Higher Self and that deja vu is us remembering the future because we live the same life over and over again in what is called Eternal Recurrence. As for Spiritual Beings I have no doubt they exist after one appeared to me in the middle of the night it was made out of light but looked like glass and no it was not a dream, my wife saw it also.

As I understood form her web page she does not say do this meditation or do such prayers. all she says that we globally put our attention to good things that will come to us and to our world. most of us want to have peace and love in the world. wouldn't it be nice to appreciate for somebody or wish good things for ourselves, for our beloveds, for your country and for the world at that time where some of us will go into silence.
