bradman played on uncovered pitches, both sides of world war 2. were it not for body line, he probably would have averaged 100. He played with thin bats, with no ropes to aid scoring, and the pitches weren't absolute roads like you see in sri lanka, and india. there are 2 current day players with better averages than tendulkar. Kallis an all rounder has a better batting average even. Kallis is the best player of his generation, tendulkar is the best indian probably since that sook gavaskar.

Sachin is the greatest batsman of all times. Bradman was a overrated batsman. He played against street level bowlers & fielders. The fastest bowler was able to bowl with a speed of 140kph. So Bradman used to call him 'typhoon' . Actually there was no fast bowler in his era. Lets look at the Bradman 270.By looking at the scorecard..First Innings for both the teams (Eng and Aus) were difficult.. got out cheaply.Bradman got out for 13..looks like first couple of days were difficult to bat..maybe wicket helping bowlers..and came rest day and third, fourth and fifth day was easy to bat... Both the teams made 900 runs in last three days.Three bowlers had an average of 35 or more.Only one bowler (spinner) had an average of 24 plus rest were above 27..Contd....

Yet you still think that Day 3 was a batting wicket. Bradman scored 270 off 375 balls. If you look at cricinfo's list of most runs scored in a test day, you will find Bradman named 8 times with 180 runs or more. Tendulkar 0. Yet Tendulkar has a higher strike rate than Bradman.
"and funny thing is" the FACT that Sehwag, Tendulkar's team-mate is listed 5 times.

@MultiAnugraha I guess it make sense. Maybe Tendulkar is a God. He often appears to be pre-occupied with his and other problems and forgets about the petty problems that a cricket team is facing. Test matches in West Indies ... sorry Indian cricket team ... God has bigger considerations to deal with!

They saw Sachin's high scoring innings and say Sachin played on the flat track etc etc..When it comes to Bradman..they just look at the numbers 334, 270, 299 etc and say those were played on difficult wickets ACTUALLY they have not seen those..ANY HIGH SCORING GAME IN A CRICKET ALWAYS HAD SUPPORT FROM THE WICKET THEY DO NOT LOOK SACHIN or BRADMAN and same true for bowlers..unless they are very bad to start with and giving free runs or cannot even score a boundry of a overpitched delivery..

..I have seen Sachin played most of his big Innings and know how he plays. and analyze him the best as compared to what others are in the business. as a batsman.. and his style.of playing on other side Wisden and Bradman Brain Sufferer never seen their games...and watched..if they did they would not be commenting here..now that is deluded mind we talk about..

@everybodylovessachin Again you are wrong. As much as I believe Tendulkar is one of the greatest batsmen ever, for a long time I have seen him thrash bad deliveries and play beautifully against spin. But when watching him play Australia, I always felt that if the bowler persisted with a good line and length outside off, they would get him. McGrath was brilliant at doing just that. And the statistics speak volumes. McGrath was extremely successful in Tests against Tendulkar. ... (2b cont'd.)

@everybodylovessachin When Tendulkar put his cover driver away, he was even harder to dismiss. A ball just outside off, pitched on a length to tempt Tendulkar forward may get hammered through the covers for a four, or may very well be rewarded with an edge to the slips cordan or wicketkeeper.
Now Fuck-Knuckle, does that sound like somebody who has NEVER seen a Tendulkar innings?

Bradman's top 18 scores on flat tracks with poor bowling poor fielding and umpiring..with no pressure from fans or anything..playing on same home ground in Australia and England( his second home).. If you know cricket you know that this high scores only possible on flat tracks...and ask yourself a question ..Can Bradman maintgain his average 99 today ..NOWAY...IT was a FLUKE happened LUCKY Bradman..

When you look at the nature of the game all the scores mostly above 150 's are on flat track and LOL who got more..Bradman..and reason for his 99 average..more than half of the WISDEN innings are listed are on flat track ..A basic thing IDIOTS forget about cricket.. and suffering from their deluded mind about WISDEN and Bradman..CRAP..
