I know this is old but 94% notes is MORE than enough to 5* ANY Song.. I hit 89% on Gh3 TTFAF and 5*D it, I've also failed to 5* it with more than 89%. Notes help yes.. But if you miss 5 notes in a row, compared to missing 2 notes, spread apart you'll lose less points. Miss 5 in a row = Lose x4 for 30 notes = 50*3 = 150*30 = 4500 points lost + 5*200 points (200 points a note) = 1k, lose 5.5k, miss 2 spread out = 2 notes missed = 200*2 = 400, + 2 note streaks lost = 4.5k*2 = 9k = 9.4k lost %dntcnt
